The proposal developed a recommendation in respect of the continuation of this provider for the service for a further 12-month period, plus the option to extend by 12 months. The review identified the following benefits of continuation of the provider for this service: Will aid future equitable transformation and development of the future service model and delivery of the aims of the NHS Long Term Plan priorities. The purpose of this direct award of contract is to allow continuation of this service in the short term, in line with the developments of transformation of equitable community delivered care across the Kirklees footprint.
