Our expectation is that we will issue a lease for ten years. The Kielder Bike Hire centre is well positioned to attract and provide services to customers enjoying: *the iconic Lakeside Way multiuser trail around Kielder Water *the extensive network of mountain bike trails *an emerging gravel route network *the Reivers cycle route (cross border) *and road and touring cycling across Northumberland and the Scottish Borders. The Kielder area benefits from a popular sports events programme and there is scope to develop a range of guided or coached experiences from this location.
