For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 do not apply to this award NHS Provider Selection Regime Direct Award B. Priory are a major regional provider of MH and acute PICU and specialist HDU beds, CIOS system do not currently have any of these beds and there are no plans for these in the foreseeable future.
