The service had previously used another supplier for a similar approach from Feb 2023 to March 2023. The expected throughput of participants was not achieved due to the regular issues experienced with the units and provider. As a result, a number of clinics and appointments had to be cancelled. Due to the issues experienced and costs and cancelling of appointments, this provider was not suitable for continuation.",
