The Contract will have the following main phases: i. a four month implementation phase (at a fixed price) - from the contract award date - to build the future WTPD (incl. a new interface) and migrate data from the existing WTPD; ii. a parallel four-month phase - from the contract award date - to set up the public helpline / data stewardship service; iii. ongoing software, hosting, maintenance and account management (at an agreed annual cost over the lifetime of the Contract); iv. an ongoing public helpline / data stewardship service (at an agreed annual cost over the lifetime of the Contract); and v. a development function (against a rate card).
