The information needs to inform growers, grain traders, processors, industry stakeholders and other interested parties about planting progress/intentions, condition, development, and harvest progress at set points in time during the season.
AHDB requires suppliers to source data and intelligence from a range of different sources. Our current methodology for crop reporting is based on a network of independent agronomists but we are open to suggestions for alternative provision.
We have split the requirement across three lots and will award either multiple suppliers or a single supplier depending on the evaluation outcome of tenders received. Each of these Lots have associated milestones and KPI's.

* Lot 3 - Crop development and condition (winter and spring)",
