This is predicated on further development and agreement from National Gas Transmission and the Energy Regulator (Ofgem). Economic Operators who participate in the procurement and successfully pre-qualify for the future contract works at Wormington will also be deemed to have pre-qualified to be invited to tender for the additional (second) unit works if National Gas Transmission and Ofgem agree to progress that additional scope in the future as part of these works at Wormington.",
