The goods to be provided under the contract can only be supplied by BAE Systems Hagglunds AB because only BAE Systems Hagglunds AB has significant niche expertise, knowledge, and acquired specific experience, and is the only supplier able to fulfil this Contract and no reasonable alternative or substitute exists. BAE Systems Hagglunds AB owns intellectual property rights in relation to the Viking, BV206 and BRV spares and there are no sales or marketing arrangements in place with any other parties.
