This additional investment is aligned with the strategic outcome of the Council Plan: that we will build healthy, inclusive communities and the overarching aim that Wulfrunians will live longer, healthier lives. It is also envisaged that the recruitment aligned to the workforce initiatives will offer job and development opportunities - another priority of the Council Plan.",
