Initially it is intended that the Service will be used by the Neurology Speciality (Neurology) within CHFT but potentially by other Divisions at a later date. Should there be a need for other divisions to use the Service then further details will be shared with the successful supplier.<br/><br/>The Service will cover:<br/><br/>1. New Referrals from GPs and Internally from Consultants- a triage service to determine whether patients are referred to the Trust or referred back to their GP.<br/>2. Advice and Guidance- to GPs relating to patients already being managed in the community which could result in a referral to the Trust.<br/>Validation Follow ups- patient case renewals to determine whether patients on a waiting list still need to be seen.<br/><br/>The Service will be required to be delivered remotely.",
