The successful contractor will provide furniture fit-out designs ensuring measurements fit into the proposed design. They must also deliver, assemble, and fit the furniture and must specify mechanical and electrical requirements. This would be at no additional cost to the Council. The budget for the furniture element of this project for the Customer Service area, back office and the Library is PS1.2m.",
