Quality and value are the most important factors for this contract, as the Provider will be supporting the department and minimising waiting times.
The existing supplier provides a highly accessible service, offering patient choice through local OPTOMS. They have a proven track record, and they are highly likely to be able to satisfy the new contract to a sufficient standard.",
