The fourth criterion was allocated a higher weighting of 30% to ensure alignment with grant condition to improve quality. The final criterion (Social Value) was allocated a weighting of 10% in line with the Council's guidance. Following assessment, it was decided that Barnet Enfield and Haringey NHS Mental Health Trust is the Most Suitable Provider to deliver the service.
