The opportunity is split into two categories by area and each area is further divided into three lots namely: Lot 1 Responsive Repairs Area 1 Lot 2 Planned Works Area 1 Lot 3 Voids Area 1 Lot 4 Responsive Repairs Area 2 Lot 5 Planned Works Area 2 Lot 6 Voids Area 2 Tenderers can bid for one or multiple lots. However, award will be restricted to a maximum of three lots per contractor, for example one contractor can not be awarded responsive repairs from both area 1 and area 2. The same stream of work in both region cannot be awarded to one contractor.",
