Over the 5 years, if contract is extended to its full duration, the total indicative maximum contract value will be PS30,295,215.
The payment mechanism for this service will be a block contract with an indicative activity plan. If the activity within a financial year increases or decreases by 5% this will trigger an activity discussion in line with the terms and conditions of the NHS contract. No other payment mechanism will be employed.
The opportunity will be available to access via the Atamis (Health Family) Supplier Portal under the reference PRJ2065 SEL ICB - Bexley Urgent Treatment Centres.

The Procurement process will be facilitated entirely online via Atamis (Health Family) Supplier Portal.
Interested Applicants wishing to participate in the procurement must register, express an interest and complete the online questionnaires hosted on the portal prior to the deadline for submission. All clarification requests and correspondence pertaining to this ITT opportunity must be directed through the portal. A timetable for the procurement, guidance regarding the process is also available from the portal. Additional information: This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) Contract Notice inviting offers under the Competitive Process (The Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023, Regulation 11). The awarding of this contract is subject to the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contract Regulations 2015 do not apply to this award.
The Procurement is being managed by the NHS London Commercial Hub (NHS LCH) hosted by NEL ICB, on behalf of the Authority.
