The submission was assessed and the provider selected against the following key criteria : * Quality and innovation * Value * Integration, collaboration, and service sustainability * Improving access, reducing health inequalities, and facilitating choice * Social value Alcohol Change UK are the only provider who can provide the local authority with the required data from the Try-Dry App. Alcohol Change UK hold the data received from the App and this agreement is for the local authority to purchase this information from the data holder. There is no other organisation which has oversight and governance of this data. Alcohol Change UK are experts in supporting change and helping people control their drinking.
