The main function of the WHEELS application is a referral management software and prescription of a wheelchair with managing stock levels. <br/>The trust has existing access to a bespoke software, which has been used by QE for more than 10 years, thus an upgrade to a new system is required however interested suppliers should note that we do not require an off-the shelf product and only require a solution that is bespoke for what we intend to use it for.",
