They are a local provider with an existing presence within the targeted communities. Using PSR 'most suitable provider' enables us to effectively mobilise the service in a quick and timely manner as the grant allocation must be used in line with the grant conditions and the years in which it is provided to the Council. There is a specific requirement under the terms of the grant funding to channel this funding through local stop smoking services and offers of support. The provider has demonstrated significant evidence that they meet the 5 key criteria.
