- The majority of the required specialist consumables contain registered trademarks (including the GRIPTIPS(r) pipette tips) and they work interchangeably across many of the Supplier's liquid handling solutions, including the Assist Plus, Viaflo and Mini 96 pipette systems.
- Unique features have been identified for the Supplier's equipment, confirming the requirement for bespoke consumables.
- The Supplier does not use third-parties for sales or servicing (they have a direct (internal) sales and technical service group). They have confirmed they do not endorse or supply OEM parts to external entities.
- Research has indicated no other provider that could supply the range of specialist Integra products required."
