Rationale for Decision: The successful organisation making a representation demonstrated it's ability to mobilise quickly and effectively with a projection of quit numbers in line with the service specification (value for money). The successful organisation also demonstrated more comprehensively how relationships would be built and maintained with healthcare professionals and the wider Integrated Lifestyle Service (collaboration).
