Lot 2 - Trusses Estimated Value PS55,000 To be engineered and designed by manufacturer allowing for any additional dormers and flat roofs, Primary or structural timbers; Sawn Softwood Preservative Treated based off provided working drawings, allowing trussed rafter, joists, restraint straps, timber gutter bearers, ridges, bracings, and noggins where applicable.
