The Council operates a fleet of approximately 300 Council owned and 450 hire vehicles (in addition to short term hire) ranging from; * Car derived vans and light commercial vehicles (under 3.5 tonne) * Vehicles over 3.5 tonne including specialist vehicles * Refuse collection vehicles (up to 26 tonne) * Plant vehicles (ranging from ride on mowers to agricultural tractors). The Councils requirement will cover a managed service at the Councils depot(s) in addition to a roadside service.",
