The supply of the ultra-high vacuum pumps includes ion pumps, NEG cartridge pumps and combined single-unit NEG cartridge and ion pumps. The pumps and power supplies must be current standard catelogue items, which the supplier has a history of supplying; in some cases, these will need to be customised to meet the specification.",
