Lot 3 is split into;o Lot 3a - Intensive Family Support: direct work with disabled children, young people, siblings and parents in the home and community at different times including early mornings, after school and weekends over a nominal 6-month period.o Lot 3b - Specialist Fostering: the provision of a city-wide Specialist Fostering Placement Service (day and night-time care) to provide short breaks for families of children and young people (CYP) with complex needs.
