As ECS is an existing provider, NHS Dorset were able to make assessment, against the key criteria, of quality, value, collaboration, social value, and health inequalities. Through our previous working relationship, and by assessing against the service required, which is a reduction on the existing service, we have confidence that ECS will meet the key criteria.",
