There is no alternative to this process in the short term. Without these services the Roadside Technology Availability KPI is at risk and with additional costs incurred due to increase of time and materials. Historically, there have been two failed procurements to develop new software on up-to-date tools; this is due to the cost being too high when the tenders were returned."
