The existing supplier provides a satisfactory service in line with specification which is checked regularly in accordance with West Sussex County Council's Contract Management framework. They have a proven track record, and they are highly likely to be able to satisfy the new contract to a sufficient standard.",

The service will provide Integrated Sexual Health Services. It will provide comprehensive sexual health services for the population of West Sussex to include: a full range of contraceptive service and advice on preventing pregnancy, Sexually Transmitted testing and treatment, sexual health aspects of psychosexual counselling, outreach, HIV prevention and sexual health promotion and services in schools and colleges.
The value excluding VAT is PS6,570,000.

The Authority had already issued An Intention to Award Notice Notice reference: 2024/S 000-027560 on 29 August 2024, however, as permitted by the Health Care Services Provider Selection Regime (PSR) Regulations 2023, have gone back a step in the selection process and repeating that step and subsequent steps for the reason that 18 months duration was required instead of 12 months as previously sought. A new Standstill is therefore being observed in line with PSR 2023 Regulations.",
