                "description": "The National Water Quality Instrumentation Service (NWQIS) operates a national, telemetry and web-based data viewer system, provided by Meteor Communications Ltd. This Telemetry, Web Hosting, Services and Equipment contract provides for the purchase of telemetry outstations and the planned and reactive system support and maintenance of the web-based platform on behalf of the EA (NWQIS).
