Subject to sufficient interest, the Authority may place a further notice calling for competition. Form of contract applicable would be NEC 4 Option A (Fixed Price). Estimated timescales: The contract period would be 02/06/25 - 31/12/26. Additional information: TfW will have provisionally secured track access and train haulage for early works, which may cause potential constraints. Other improvement works will be underway on the CVL network and the successful supplier would be required to work alongside existing contractors. The interface with other contractors will be managed by TfW.",
