                "description": "The Sustainable Blue Economies (SBE) Programme, is part of the UK Blue Planet Fund (BPF), which aims to support development of blue economies and enhance the resilience of Official Development Assistance (ODA)-eligible Small Island Developing States (SIDS) to the impacts of climate change and economic shocks.
