        "procurementMethodRationale": "Due to the strategic nature of this equipment's and its strategic importance, it is critical that CPI has access to Siemens, to maintain the current equipment which is strategically important to buildings and our manufacturing process and access to future products which may supersede the current products. Siemens hold the exclusive rights for their products and digital services, Siemens will have to provide it, and they will hold the design rights for the digital solutions they create. Siemens ultimately understand and know their products better than anyone else, Siemens will be responsible for products. If CPI were to use Siemen's certified partners, then we will need to multiple agreements which is un-manageable across the different solutions CPI will use. Siemens are the only organisation who can offer a turnkey solution to CPI for the purchase of, implementation and maintenance of Siemen's products and digital solutions, controlling risks linked to transfer of title and providing greater efficiencies."
