The Contracting Authority is of the view that the existing provider is satisfying the existing contract and will likely satisfy the proposed contract to a sufficient standard. Each of the five key criteria elements (quality and innovation; value; integration, collaboration and service sustainability; improving access, reducing health inequalities and facilitating choice; and social value) were considered and balanced with equal importance.
This decision has been made as per the Contracting Authority's governance processes. No declared conflicts or potential conflicts of interest of the individuals making the decision were identified.",
