HUP is establishing a 'Community Collaboratives' that brings together communities, researchers and decision-makers in Liverpool and our sister site, Bradford. Community-based organisations will coordinate community-led research activities in their area and engage local communities and stakeholders. HUP researchers will provide training on research skills and actively support community organisations to co-produce meaningful research and identify priorities about what makes a healthy place, with the aim influencing place-based changes by sharing these with local, regional and national decision-makers. The tender will be structured into four Lots based on the local area that the research activities will be undertaken in: Lot 1: Toxteth Lot 2: Speke Lot 3: Croxteth Lot 4: Birkenhead The work will be conducted in five work phase. These five phases are: Phase 1 - Start-up Phase 2 - Initial Research Phase 3 - Reflect Phase 4 - Further Research Phase 5 - Impact The resulting contract will be 30 months, with the option to extend for 3 months. The estimated maximum contract value per Lot is PS57,000. The current total contract including any extension for all four Lots is PS228,000.
