The Service Support Agreement will provide the Authority with patches and updates to the CTEMS software when new versions are developed and released. It will also include access to 2nd line support that allows IT and software issues to be resolved as quickly as possible across the worldwide footprint and will deliver training to ensure that full functionality of the software is exploited. The Specialist Technical Support will provide teams of personnel who deploy to the Collective Training Establishments (CTE) for each exercise to advise CTE staff and Observer Coach Trainers during the exercise. Contractor staff deploy to the CTEs to troubleshoot issues, provide training and assist with the use and management of the system. 4CS are the Original Equipment Manager of the software and owns the background IP to the generic modules and source code and are the only economic operator with access to the software code.
