Lot 2 Operate the Barrowell Green site as a recycling and reuse centre (RRC) for both Commercial and Household Waste. To note: Lot 2 has an estimated value of PS0 as this approach will be working towards a cost neutral position for the Authority. The duration of the Contract will be a fixed term of 5 years, with the option of a 2 year extension period. Please note: The Authority held site visit days at the Barrowell Green Recycling Centre on the 16th and 17th April 2025. This procurement process is being undertaken using the electronic tendering system, 'Atamis' (https://londonboroughofenfield.my.site.com) The procurement is being run as a one stage Open Process under the Procurement Act 2023. Suppliers will need to register an interest on Atamis via the aforementioned link and submit a tender submission no later than 12:00 Noon on Friday 6th June 2025 to participate and registration is free.
