In accordance with PSR2023 Direct Award process C, a thorough assessment of Central North West London NHS Foundation Trust was undertaken against the following Key Criteria: * Quality and innovation * Integration, collaboration and service sustainability * Improving access, reducing health inequalities and facilitating choice * Social Value * Value The results of the assessments showed that Via Community Ltd are satisfying the original contract and will likely satisfy the proposed contract to a sufficient standard.",
