Having agreed to establish a member/officer working group, the Council are seeking to identify specialist expertise in the transport sector with specific emphasis on parking, enforcement, technology and community. We wish to examine and understand the costs vs benefits of changing our current policies to help us modernise our parking policy and realise opportunities to improve the efficient performance of parking in our communities. Community Engagement 10. Decriminalised Parking Enforcement (DPE) Depending on the outcome of the PIN, it is expected that a procurement will be carried out to appoint a suitably qualified bidder during May 2025.
