The provision of cleaning and housekeeping service requirements are as follows: * To provide a fully compliant and competent cleaning and housekeeping service to both Henderson and Skylark rehabilitation units. * Ensure the teams are fully staffed 365 days a year. * Providing appropriate cover for holidays. * Provide appropriate cover within 2 hours of staff calling in sick or other reasons of non-attendance. * Ensure contract has suitable supervision and management time to conduct audits and attend contract meetings. * Provide a deep cleaning service within 4 hours of being informed.
