Submissions will be evaluated and shortlisted to invite final tender responses. The refurbishment works will comprise of the replacement of lift motor room equipment and refurbishment of the lift cars. Some enabling works will be required consisting of the replacement of the lift motor room access hatch and load testing of any lift motor room lifting beams or anchor points that are to be utilised.",
