All respondents will be asked to complete a questionnaire covering these topics. Please download the questionnaire attached and reupload your completed response when you submit through Atamis. Once the engagement has closed, DHSC will publish a summary of findings on the Atamis portal. This may include some high-level, aggregated figures, provided that doing so will not impact the confidentiality of any information submitted. If necessary, DHSC may contact respondents to clarify information in their response. This may take the form of a follow-up meeting during or after the engagement.
