This Procurement Procedure is being conducted through an open tender procedure under the light touch regime, in line with the Procurement Act 2023. The Contracting Authority wishes to appoint a Supplier who can clearly demonstrate the ability to meet our requirements and who offers the most advantageous tender. It is anticipated that the contract term will be from 01 October 2025 to 31 March 2027.
