The Authority will utilise the Call-off Costing Model rankings to allocate Call-off Contracts to Providers. Each Call-off Contract will detail a specific amount of Green Waste tonnage capacity that the Provider must reserve for the Authority at the Provider Facility in a Call-off Contract Year (the Reserve Tonnage) and capacity planning information relating to the Green Waste the Authority anticipates it will deliver to the Provider Facility. When allocating Call-off Contracts, the Authority will consider a Provider Facility's ranking on the Call-off award mechanism, capacity at the relevant Provider Facility, and any other commercial operational factors affecting the ability of the Authority and/or Waste Collection Authorities to deliver Green Waste to a Provider Facility when determining the Reserve Tonnage and capacity planning information to be detailed in the Call-off Contract. The Call-off Contracts may be awarded for up to a maximum period of two years. The identification of any Reserve Tonnage does not constitute a commitment by the Authority to deliver, or a guarantee that the Authority will deliver, any minimum volume of Green Waste.
