Contract Duration: 1 March 2026 to 20 February 2029, with an option to extend for up to an additional 48 months. Maximum Contract Value: PS423,480 per annum, totalling PS2,964,360 over a potential seven-year term (including extensions). This amount does not include potential income from Housing Benefit or those payments made by the Council pursuant to the Contract (from the Children's Social Care funding) to cover accommodation costs for eligible Accommodation paid for service users. Estimated annual income from accommodation charges for eligible Accommodation paid for service users is approximately PS138,000, with up to a further PS118,000 (circa) potentially being receivable for non-Accommodation paid for service users via Housing Benefit payments.
