It provides information, representation, advice, emotional support, group networks, dedicated one to one interventions and access to carers assessments. This engagement questionnaire has been designed to be part of our market engagement activities and is intended to build upon our existing knowledge of the market in Lancashire and the wider UK. Throughout the engagement exercise, we hope to use the information and feedback we receive to develop our plans for the future of carers services in Lancashire and to help us deliver best-in-class services. We intend to carry out further market engagement, to focus on service specific feedback and allow opportunities for further insights to inform any future procurement.
