It will also ensure the Council meets the Social Housing Regulator's new Consumer Standards and the Decent Homes Standard (currently being revised). This offers very little time to undertake a competitive procurement process as doing so would significantly delay the delivery of this statutory requirement thereby putting Westminster City Council (WCC) at risk. The CHIC Consultancy Framework allows for a direct award. This Contract Award is compliant with PCR 2015/CCR2016 and a direct award from a Framework Agreement that is compliant with the Framework terms."
