Preliminary market engagement was carried out prior to the implementation of the Procurement Act 2023. This Tender process is for the procurement of Multi-award Contracts on a no guarantee of work basis, to an unlimited number of providers through one tender process for the duration of the contract. In addition to the Tender, the Council may make use of User Choice Direct Award contracts where appropriate under the Procurement legislation to ensure Children and Young People are allocated a service in a timely manner to ensure their needs are met.
