The Procurement Specific Questionnaire (PSQ) must be returned via the Council's procurement portal. The return date is midday on Friday 20th March 2026. Procurement Specific Questionnaire (PSQ) received after this time and date will not be accepted. The contract will not be divided into Lots. The reason for not having Lots is that we have previously considered fractionalizing the tender into lots, however had moved away from this direction. The reason for this is that we have a business need for a single contract, with one main contact and oversight presiding over the whole, which would reduce our management time and pick up economies of scale throughout the supply chain.
