Lot 1 - Independent Professional Advocacy Lot 2 - Independent Visiting Service Lot 3 - Complaints in relation to the NHS Service Lot 4 - Regional/Local Safeguarding Boards Lots 1 & 2 are to be delivered together. The duration of the contract will be for 3 years with an option to extend for up to a further 1 year, at the Council's discretion. The contract is being let under the Light Touch Regime in accordance with Section 15 of the Procurement Act 2023. This procurement is being conducted under the provisions of Section 9 of the Procurement Act 2023 and governed by the Procurement (Wales) Regulations 2024, which govern light touch contracts for specified services.
