Harrogate Court is not currently registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC), on contract award the successful provider must commence the CQC registration process. Until the service and manager are both registered with CQC, the successful provider must ensure that the service is overseen by a registered manager or CQC nominated individual, to provide consistent support to the manager. The nominated individual or registered manager designated must currently be responsible for a care service which is currently rated as 'Good 'or above with CQC.
