In accordance with the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023, the London Borough of Redbridge intends to apply Direct Award Process C to award this Contract to its existing provider, Kent Community Health NHS Foundation Trust. The duration of the contract will be from 1st July 2025 to 30th June 2029, with the possibility of a further extension period of 12 months until 30th June 2030. The standstill period begins on the day after the publication of this notice. Representations by providers must be made to decision makers by midnight 1st July 2025. This contract has not yet formally been awarded, this notice serves as an intention to award under the PSR. The Key Criteria used and weighting by the authority were as follows: Quality and Innovation - 35% Value - 20% Integration, collaboration and service sustainability - 20% Reducing health inequalities and facilitating choice - 15% Social Value - 10% The rational for this was based on the detailed list of all requirements according to available guidance including factoring in the relative weighting from the original tender submission.
